The house is like nothing we've seen before. The architecture, planning and design were very interesting. If you want to experience authentic canarian culture, this is the perfect place. The kitchen fully equipped, there is literally everything you might need to cook. The volcano view is stunning. The house is remote and very silent.

Villa was lovely and facilities great. Easy communication but when we booked villa it was advertised as Heated pool so was disappointed to see this wasn't the case so kids wouldn't really use it. Everything else was really good . However we had children with us and I would really say this isn't really designed for smaller children. We ended up not really using the pool due to kids falling and slipping on white gloss finish around pool area. . I myself fell a couple times. More for couples or older children.

I cannot recommend Buendía enough! We came for a getaway from our busy life and this is exactly what we got. The design of the hotel is very boho and stylish, the vibe is very aesthetic. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, the staff was smiley and nice every single day. On the last day we left very early and they packed us a picnic breakfast. The hotel takes the cleaning very seriously. We are eager to return again! Thank you for making our holiday magical!

The food in the main restaurant was absolutely fantastic (breakfast and dinner). The staff working at the restaurant was lovely and very fast. We like the room, the swimming pools, the beach access, and the overall design of the hotel. I would 100% recommend it.

Lovely apartment, really nicely designed with top spec appliances Good shower, loungers and sofas on the patio, and the pool just a minutes walk away Near all the bars and restaurants, and supermarket close by 20€ in a taxi from the airport

Absolutely stunning apartment, beautifully designed and decorated with class. Great size, big balcony with "the view", large comfortable bed, stylish bathroom.

The whole Barcelo complex is designed to make you relax from the word go. Castillo beach is gorgeous and it is lovely to wander around all the different areas surrounding it with ease, and be able to use all the pools, as well as different restaurants if you like - the 'four hotels in one' make it feel like a village but in a really good way. I had half board and the food was very good quality and varied, with lots of fresh vegetable choices. There was even a vegan station if you wanted that - rare in ham-loving Spain.
