However the main advantage of this hotel is the lovely staff. The reception staff, the breakfast room staff and the staff in rooftop bar couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxed and chilled place to stay. We’ve been twice and will return ☺️

We asked for a studio with a sea view and the staff upgraded us to a better one just because the hotel was not full. Bed very confortable, kitchen had all the facilities to cook and once you close the window you couldn't listen anything from the outside.

Hotel Puerta del Mar is located in a quiet pedestrianised street next to the famous Balcón de Europa in Nerja, and just 100 metres from the beach. It has a rooftop saltwater pool and offers free WiFi throughout. Great location. No need for a rental car as everywhere was walkable within the town. Staff were very nice - super friendly with my 4 year old child. Rooftop pool is obviously quite small but it was very peaceful - even during the fiesta weekend when the whole of Nerja was extremely busy.
