The stay was wonderful and worth the visit! Owners Angelique and Sebastian were really helpful, kind and friendly! The hotel has three rooms. Each room has a terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views to the forest and listen to wild birds. Rooms are very clean, well equipped and stylish. The hotel area is secure and has a parking. Breakfast was superb! Local cheese, ham, bread, delicious French pastries! Really enjoyed our stay at this place! The Hermonville town is in perfect location if you want to explore Champagne region. Everything is not far: Reims, Epernay, many champagne houses and villages. Please ask Sebastian for recommendations of where to eat, where to shop, what villages and champagne houses to visit! Each room at the Chambre D'hôtes Les Epicuriens has a sitting area where guests can make themselves at home. Bathrobes and slippers are provided and free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire house. Laure was the perfect host, from her warm welcome, to her exceptional cuisine and wonderful personal touches, including her homemade yoghurt, butter and excellent preserves! The accommodation was comfortable and spacious, and ideally located for our overnight stay.

Le Champ des Oiseaux Hôtel & Spa is located in the historic town of Troyes, a short walk from the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral and the Modern Art Museum. Each en-suite room has TV and free WiFi. We chose this hotel by chance. We found the hotel easily and the hotel staff helped us park our car (the streets are very narrow). The hotel is a classic building, the likes of which I have rarely seen. It is very beautiful and the staff are very helpful. We liked it very much. It is located right in the city center, on a quiet street. There are many restaurants in the area and lots to visit. I would definitely recommend it.
