Situated in the heart of Loch Lomond National Park, The Winnock Hotel is set in an 18th-century building and features an on-site bar and a restaurant serving British cuisine. Public parking facilities are available free of charge. Check-in went smoothly and only took a couple of minutes. This is a fantastic pod - very compact but well designed and very clean. We loved our stay here. The views are beautiful and we loved the remoteness. The complimentary wood and marshmallows were a lovely touch.
The hosts are so accommodating and lovely! We had come up to Scotland to flower my best friends’ wedding and we were allowed to use a whole room in the property to store our flowers and start creating the designs for the wedding. The bedrooms were comfortable and cosy, and the bathroom and kitchen were clean with good amenities. We would 100% recommend this property and should we find ourselves back in the area we will definitely stay again.
The bunkhouse is a converted chapel, absolutely loved the design including the stained glass. Staff were superb, picked us up at the bottom of the hill and dropped us off again to continue the West Highland Way. Food was amazing and room was lovely and clean. Highly recommended!
The property has so much character - really tasteful interior design - wish they could decorate my house! The owner was so accommodating as we arrived before check in and had to get ready for a wedding - he whizzed around and cleaned our room as a priority. The breakfast is so nice.
Amazing interior design, good location, convenient for visiting Kelpies and Falkirk wheel for my mums 80th birthday 😀
I loved staying in this well designed guest house, which I would definitely call a hotel rather than a guest house. There were some lovely surprising amenities available during my stay. Location is great although parking can be challenging at times. Host (Jan) is great, very welcoming, helpful and kind throughout my. Breakfast was gorgeous with good selection. I would definitely stay again if I happen to be in the area.
stunning building, really stylish with a cool art deco style designed bar and restaurant
