Yolanda and Jacque keep the hotel to a high standard. They are friendly and informative and go out of the way to help. We had to stay another night due to our ferry being cancelled. Yolanda was able to support us with another night's stay. I'm so glad they could because ì didn't want to stay somewhere, which may not have been as comfortable as we felt here

On the scenic Queens Promenade, The Rutland Hotel is an elegant building on the Isle of Man. The property was nice and clean with character. Beautiful view as well
