The hotel is housed in a listed 18th century Georgian townhouse which means we do not have a lift. We recommend guests who struggle with stairs consider a hotel with lift access. Clean rooms, perfect costumer service and discretion. Every wish did magically come true. Glorious christmassy atmosphere during advent.

Clean, cozy, modern, very comfy bed, and a lot bigger than expected. It's also close to the city center so everything is walkable. The kitchen is well enough equipped to prepare a few easy meals.

There is a A Smart TV in each apartment’s cosy living room. A dishwasher, washing machine and microwave are provided in each modern fully-fitted kitchen. Great location, clean and vary valuable. Next time I must stay in this place.

Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 2.2 km from the guest house. We got a beautiful, cosy room in this beautiful house! Everything was perfect! Ms Margaret was very helpful and gave us all the info needed. In the room we got info about places to visit and eat. This was very useful! Once back to Edinburgh, we will definitely stay there again!
