The English breakfast was excellent (I would have liked baked beans with it). The location is excellent. It is directly in the city centre but on a quiet street.

The staff was extremely friendly, and super helpful. The studio was wonderful, very clean and quite spacious. It had everything I needed for a weeklong stay. Loved how attentive they were with the coffee/tea and little cereals in the room. It was like a home away from home. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Just 3 miles from Halifax, this family-run 17th-century inn has an award-winning restaurant offering excellent locally sourced food and a cosy bar. There is free Wi-Fi and traditional log fires. We loved the decor, the atmosphere and the food were wonderful. The Inn is peaceful with the sound of running water from the stream. Staff are helpful but not obtrusive. The food is amazing, we dined in both nights to sample more of the menu. Very diverse breakfast menu. The building is ancient but the rooms are well decorated with lovely modern bathrooms. The whole place is charming. I would recommend the Inn to anyone.

In the pretty village of Calverley, this 19th-century inn is just 7 miles from Leeds and offers an on-site pub with hearty food. Free parking is available, and Leeds Bradford Airport is 6 miles away. The building presents very well, atmosphere in all areas was welcoming, staff were courteous but not over attentive - I guess in short I felt at home there (i am a return customer) and I have not rated anyone else with a '10'

With a French Bistrot and a cosy pub, Rooms by Bistrot Pierre at The Crescent Inn offers stylish rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was free and excellent. The staff were super friendly and engaging. The facilities were charming and immaculate. I absolutely loved every bit of our stay!

The Abbey Lodge Hotel is located in the Yorkshire town of Shipley, 5 miles from Bradford. It offers boutique rooms with HD LCD TVs, a 24-hour reception and free parking. We have stayed here before , this trip of five days , was extended by a further two nights The management and staff of this homely hotel know their craft. The aim is to make the visitor / client comfortable…..ready for work or pleasure. The rooms are spot less , the beds ..large And the breakfeast alone I’d worth the trip up north ha ha ….
