Boasting a prime location within the castle walls, this century-old restored mansion features a tranquil courtyard and charming accommodation with views over the castle. Staff was very friendly and helpful the location was ideal and I would recommend it to anybody visiting ioannina.

The stuff was very friendly and welcomed us at arrival. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and had hot water all the time. The location is just outside the center, about 10-15 walking. It's near the lake where you take a stroll. It doesn't have parking but it has plenty of space near the hotel.

So luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast and hospitality were exceptional. Wifi was good . I nearly didn't book due to previous wifi comments as I had work to do... so glad I did.

This was my first stay at Aithrio, and it can only be described as the perfect 3-day holiday. The room was exactly like the pictures. It was super comfortable, warm and really clean with a lovely fireplace. The best part was our wonderful host, Olga that went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She had a ton of information on what activities to do in the area was really friendly and inviting. And the breakfast she makes every morning set us up perfectly for a long day of exploring Zagoroxoria.
