Featuring tiled floors and simple, Cycladic design, all units have a fridge. They also include a private bathroom with shower. This is one of the best family run hotels we have stayed. Upon our arrival at the port Dimitri, the owners son, picked us up and drove us to the hotel and also dropped us off when leaving. The family are extremely welcoming, warm and always want to help you. The room was beautiful, clean, modern and bed was comfortable The shower was great, big and cleaned everyday. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk to the port and beach and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The owners Niko and Roula were very helpful and welcoming always chatting to us and ensuring we have everything. Their sons Konstantinos and Dimitri were great. The breakfast was extremely nice with great variety and tasty. Every day Roula would bake a cake which was delicious. The pool was wow and cleaned everyday. The pool bar was a hit and the pool menu great and priced very well. Stella was amazing always helping us at breakfast and at the pool bar. A great worker. I highly recommend this family hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to Mylopotas beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches of Ios Island. The pool area was super relaxing, quiet and the water temperature warm despite strong wind during our stay. The breakfast was deliciously with a lot of options. We got lucky and got upgraded to the Deluxe Room which was very nicely decorated with a view to the beach. The hotel has free sun beds on the beach for its customers. We also went to the gym for free several times during our 4-night stay as the hotel has a partnership with another hotel in the area with an open gym. Can only recommend, very good value for money. The staff was also very friendly.

They made our stay very enjoyable and the environment and rooms were mordern and luxurious. 100% recommend! We unfortunately had to leave early due to an emergency, we had to leave but will be returning for sure!!

This family-run hotel offers a peaceful and friendly stay at Ios Island and is only 150 metres from Chora’s main square.

The Avanti is peacefully located in the upper part of the Chora offering splendid views of the town and partly of the Aegean Sea. In this serene setting you can comfortably relax by the swimming pool or have a drink at the bar. This was the perfect accomodation. The location was amazing and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing and super helpful with recommendations. We will definitely be staying here again.
