Hotel is comfortable, has great food, delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, big swimmingpool... We just love it, it is one of our favorites!

Located next to Aristotelous, the city’s central square for business, shopping and leisure, The Excelsior - Small Luxury Hotels of the World is only a short walk from the boutiques of Mitropoleos. The guy at the reception was so welcoming. He even gave us a really good room upgrade option which we gladly accepted. The room was facing the main street but it was so quiet. Also, you had the impression that they had a limited choice at the buffet breakfast, but, they also presented us with a menu of things you could order. The menu was rich and food was delicious. Greatly recommend the hotel.

All modern rooms open to a balcony, while free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Perfect location, clean room, comfortable bed, good wifi, very kind staff. There’s tea, coffee and small snack available during the day. I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Everything was great, from the reception to the clean room, super clean bathroom, very nice sea-view room, very good breakfast with many choices, and friendly staff ready to help.

The hotel has a sun terrace and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, snacks and drinks at the on-site bar. From the start, staff welcomed us at the desk upon arival, check in was fast and everything was ready even earlier than expected. Straight away a huge plus from us. Our room was new like in the pictures, spotless from day one till we left. Staff is very professional and doing their job 120%. We loved the breakfast served in a hotel yard outside in the shade, everything was tasteful, always something new and various deserts every day, also fresh fruit and vegetables were refreshing in the morning. We very much enjoyed our balcony since area is peaceful especially in the evening. There are few parking spots on the street for hotel guests only. Although we were on the 1st floor elevator was handy for luggage and if you come back tired from a long walk.
