Built of stone, Bastione Malvasia Hotel is situated in the medieval castle of Monemvasia, just 300 metres from the gate. Everything was near perfect. The apartment sits inside an old vaulted building, with a quaint terrace. It’s tasteful, spacious, and comfortable. The location is iconic, the breakfast is the best we’ve had in Greece so far; and the staff is a rather discrete but efficient.

Absolute 10/10! Unexpected location, cozy atmosphere, stunning views and tasty breakfast which may be served directly to bed. Medevial city of Mistra within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Set in a mid-19th-century neoclassical house right opposite Kapodistrias Square, the boutique hotel Nafsimedon offers a small garden with palm trees overlooking Kolokotronis Park. Beautiful and beautifully kept. Staff were extremely helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely courtyard.

Close to the archaeological sites and town. Our room (304, which was a free upgrade) had gorgeous views of the courtyard and pool with the valley in the distance, absolutely stunning! The room had everything you could need. Breakfast and dinner both exceeded our expectations, and the service was great. We had no issues finding parking out front of the hotel. We would definitely rebook and recommend to anyone coming to the area

The staff was so helpful — provided lots of recommendations for dinner, the area, and for our exploration of the Mani Peninsula.
