Every single person from the staff was very kind, smiling and very helpful ! The hotel is beautiful and it has a great location few minutes walk from Fira and other points of interest . I thought it was a perfect hotel for a family with children and they even provided us with a cot for the baby . We had a room facing the pool and it was beautiful . Across the road from the reception you can see the caldera. It is the same view as in Fira but no tourists. I thought that was amazing . We would definitely love to come back !

The staff is very friendly, they gave me lots of recommendations and advice on how to get around. The location is perfect if you're looking for a chill place near the beach. Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari. Surrounded by fragrant gardens and lush lawns, the 5-star resort offers 2 swimming pools, a spa and a poolside bar restaurant. I really liked the facilities, location and the cleanliness of the hotel also the staff were very friendly! Another plus is the breakfast being served until 11:00 Am. :D The staff work had to make swimming pool atmosphere unique

The host, she is absolutely amazing and a wonderful person. I lost my physical card and hence wasn't able to pay for things in cash, she was super helpful and understanding. Very nice jolly person and very helpful in everything. Overall totally value for money, I'd definitely recommend.
