We are a family of 4 and stayed in the two bedroom suite. We had the best experience possible. The hotel has a large garden and is very wisely located, the swimming pool is in the backyard, the hotel building is far from the road, the parking is large. Absolutely everything is clean, outside and inside. The breakfast is perfect, with very good selection of high quality food. We also loved the Karavostasi beach, located just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I definitely recommend everyone Olivista Boutique Hotel.

Spacious, modern and very clean, with good design and attention to detail. Very kind owner. Very good location, 100 m from the beach. Our apartment had a huge and very pleasant terrace.

Great, flexible, warm and welcoming hosts and cleaning personel. Absolutely everything was new, functionable and well-designed. Air conditioner was quiet. Even an iron was present in the room. Last but not least, a wonderful view from the balcony.

Deamaris is a unique boutique hotel with stunning view, exceptional design and professional staff. What’s special about this hotel is the location overlooking the sea with a small beach with sun beds and umbrellas. There’s a cafe down at the beach with a chill lounge music where you can get drinks, coffee or a small snack. It’s convenient, stylish, comfortable, not too touristy, it’s the best option for a chill, relaxing vacation. Not to mention the pool, amazing breakfast and fridge filled with water and soft drinks every day.

The hotel is very close to a lovely beach. The pool was well designed and usually quite peaceful. There was a wide selection of foods at breakfast and staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was included; delicious and varied. It is a very short stroll to Syvota centre but very quiet location. The pool is intimate and the layout very well designed. A beautiful small hotel, with very friendly, helpful owners.

Great boutique hotel , with a lovely staff beautiful well appointed rooms (the sofa sleeper is a real bed of 160!). The views are breathtaking the beach lovely with even a small path to get into the sea . A lovely island to swim to. Due to its location there is some stair walking to be done but if that is a problem there is a golf cart available. The beach is not private but for hotel quest there are sunbeds and nice towels! Really a hidden gem.
