It was evident that the hosts took great care in ensuring their guests were well-fed and satisfied. In terms of value for money, this accommodation surpassed expectations. The quality of service and amenities provided far exceeded what one would expect for the price paid. However, it's important to note that the route to the property poses a bit of a challenge. The roads leading to Makrinitsa from Volos have been damaged by the floods of 2023, making them potentially hazardous. I would strongly advise future visitors to seek guidance from local authorities regarding the safest route before embarking on their journey. Despite this inconvenience, I am already looking forward to returning to this charming retreat. The exceptional service, combined with the idyllic surroundings of Makrinitsa, make it a destination worth revisiting. Overall, my experience was truly memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the area.

Featuring a tastefully decorated bar with sofas and a fireplace, the traditionally-built Pilion Terra Hotel is located in Pilion, between Makrynitsa and Portaria Village. It has a room with billiards, an outdoor and an indoor children’s playground and a blossomed sun terrace. The view was amazing. Kind hosts. Great place to stay. Tasty breakfast. I loved it.
