It provides massage and laundry services on site, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Everything was good. Location beachfront, my bungalow was very nice and very clean. A lot of complimentary snacks and products. Breakfast was very good. The staff is very very nice. It is rare I give a 10, but this time is very well deserved.

Spacious standalone bungalows come with modern Balinese interiors and have large windows that provide plenty of natural light. All are equipped with a personal safe and private balcony that overlooks the garden. Very nice location, nothing was in the wrong place, we had every comfort. Moreover, staff were simply amazing, truly kind and helpful. We had help in renting bikes and in booking the boat back to Bali (inclusive of transfer to our next stop in our trip) for a very cheap price! Breakfast also was a nice touch, varied and delcious.

Location close to the harbour but at the same time quiet place.

Located just 1-minute walk away from the sandy shores of Gili Air Beach, Bambu Cottages offers great beachfront getaway featuring beautiful bamboo structure, an outdoor swimming pool, and free WiFi access in all areas of the property. The daily breakfast was great, sitting right next to the beach. The pool was outside of our room which was great. The water was a little warmer than I would have liked. The best thing about this spot is the staff. Ansel went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.

Our stay at the villas was fantastic! We had booked one of the private villas with a pool, and it truly exceeded our expectations—it was wonderfully clean and incredibly spacious. A special mention to Alissa, the owner, whose helpfulness made our experience even more enjoyable.

It is only about 400 m from the property to Gili Trawangan Beach, and getting to Lombok International Airport will take about 15 minutes by fast boat to Bangsal Harbour and another 90 minutes by car from the harbour. Airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost. The staff, the space, the atmosphere. Villa Nero has it all. You are just one bike ride away (and bikes are provided for free from the hotel) from great restaurants, the beach and the port. If you don't feel like going out, Villa Nero has you covered with their own delicious restaurant. The staff is what really won us over. No request was turned away and they were always available 24/7. They really made our honeymoon special!!

Wilson's Retreat offers a tropical oasis with an outdoor pool and Asian and International restaurant & bar. Offering stunning sea views, the beachfront property also provides free Wi-Fi access throughout its premises. Loved the name, enjoyed the resort just as much. Nice location on the north shore, super helpful staff and wonderful gardens. The room was large and very well maintained, great kitchen.

Situated in the beautiful coconut plantation, it offers free Wi-Fi access in all areas. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of snorkeling equipment and bicycle with extra charges. A nice and quiet place on Gili Trawangan. The accommodation is lovely, staff is very friendly and the food is good. We extended our stay here and would definitely come back
