The hotel is located in the lake area and near hiking trails. Although Bali is generally hot, the temperature was pleasant, around 26 degrees with a breeze. The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel's design and gardens are lovely. Our breakfast and dinner were included, and they offered us tasteful vegan options, albeit slightly small. The staff was friendly.

Everything is clean and high standard . I love Dsawah interior design. It’s white theme with Bali lamp decorations. Looks really nice . It’s really quiet in the area and walking distance to Tara lot . Highly recommend it.

The place is amazing in the middle of the mountain and forest, with an incredible stylish design, it is very peaceful and the host Wawan is very nice and welcoming!

Beautiful villa. Very friendly staff. Perfect for a family with small children. We were with two kids aged 2 and 5. Very personal attention. We found one staircase to be unsafe and within an hour, a board was crafted for us to make the staircase safe. Everything is beautifully designed with a gorgeous garden and pool. Lovely river views. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed all the luxury. We actually spent most of our time at the villa, it felt like home. We had guests over who could comfortably sleep in the guest quarters.

We absolutely loved staying at Kakao Villas. Could not fault the villa - it is absolutely stunning. Spotless and beautifully decorated. Great host - available and helpful for any of our needs. The aesthetics and design are stunning. Felt like our own little oasis. Great to be out of the hustle and bustle - but lots of lovely cafes close by. Would highly recommend hiring a scooter. Canggu is 30minutes via scooter and an easy drive to navigate. The perfect Bali accomodation!!!

Amazing location, design and included things like yoga classes. Staff was lovely.

The gardens were beautifully designed and very well kept with plants and fish ponds. The room 4 on the top floor had a wonderful view of the mountain out the window and was quiet. The swimming pool was small but had a lovely view overlooking the valley.

This has to be the perfect place to stay for unforgetable memories. Great location, very stylish, gorgeously designed, and attention to detail is amazing, fantastic place. Thank you to our host and the management team for their care and attention to detail! We fell in love with this cozy, romantic place. ❤️
