Free Wi-Fi is accessible in all areas. 午前中早く着き、取りあえず荷物だけ預かって貰おうと思い行ったのですが、"すぐ部屋の準備をするのでお待ち下さい"と言われ、早く部屋に案内して貰えました。何かとスタッフの対応が親切だと感じました。 また、フロント脇にポット・カップ・ティーパックなどが置いてあり、24時間自由に飲むことができます。 飲料水(2泊に対しボトル2本でした)の提供がありました。 部屋の床やテーブルなど、掃除が行き届ききれいでした。 スマホを充電するのに持参のアダプター差込口があわず、滞在中アダプターを貸してくれました。

Very delicious breakfast. I loved trying the snacks from Jogja that they serve every morning. The staff were all very attentive and the whole atmosphere at breakfast was nice- not too noisy. Didn't use the pool but I am sure it's nice. Looks very family-friendly space. Would definitely take my children to stay here next time we are in Jogja.

The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was different everyday- so much to choose from! The pizza and beer at the restaurant was great! Lovely cared for garden setting.
