The service from everyone from start to finish on our trip was the best I have ever had. in particular, Emer the guest services manager & Victoria in the restaurant went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. I have stayed at many hotels in the world and this is the best service I have ever had. Jennifer was accommodating in the restaurant also. 10/10 I cannot fault the service. aside from that, the food was great and well priced. The petting zoo was a hit for our children. despite the non stop rain, this hotel was a highlight of our trip! I would visit Limerick again just to stay there!

As the catering service on campus was highly limited I also ate many times at the restaurant. Staffs at reception and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. They took very good care of me during my stay.
