The famous monastery of Glendalough is just 15 minutes’ drive away. Our stay @ Stirabout Lane was such a lovely experience. Daphne, Mary and the team looked after us very well.

Friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of choices for lunch / dinner. Plenty of storage space in room for clothes. Water fountain on each floor and a bottle in your room so you could collect water to have in your room.

There is free Wi-Fi and the rail station is a 5-minute walk away. Everything about the Martello is incredible. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Any question I had they were so happy to help. I had a big group to manage and the Martello staff made our stay amazing. Great food and drinks! The bar and nightclub is an absolute blast!!

Set in a Designated Area of Natural Beauty, the award winning BrookLodge & Macreddin Village has elegant modern rooms and extensive facilities which include an indoor-to-outdoor pool, Hammam massage centre and sauna. Free WiFi is available throughout. Hard to single out a particular thing as our two day stay was thoroughly enjoyable. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The smell of burning wood from the open fire in the reception lounge. The outdoors hot tub is so enjoyable. Everything in the spa is spotless and very well maintained (swimming pools, sauna, steam room) and comfortable. We did not opt for the fine dining restaurant but enjoyed tasty light food in the confortable bar-lounge.
