The manager/owner was friendly and the welcome felt personal.

We are located at V93 XY01 on a country road with no footpath or lighting. Use of a car or taxi is advisable. The location. The hosts. The small b&b feeling. The breakfast. The relaxed and casual atmosphere. The spacious room. The comfy public areas to relax, to ream, to surf. There is a car charger on site. Conor had some very good suggestions for touring and eating. We confirmed them.

Killarney Lodge is just 3 km from Lough Leane and boasts several wonderful golf courses on its doorstep. The Lodge also offers an extensive breakfast menu. The location was better than we thought - close to everything we needed.

Rooms are individually decorated with a lovely country house style. The rooms all have en suite showers, satellite TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Irons, hairdryers and telephones are also provided and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Cosy, glamorous and one of the nicest places we have stayed. Cannot fault it from start to finish. The food, the bar, the room everything was great. We had a great time and the staff are incredible! We will be back.

Concierge and dining staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Despite being so close to the town centre, the house also enjoys the serenity and beauty of the nearby National Park and lakes, making it an ideal base for hill walking in County Kerry and the south west region. The staff was amazing and helpful. When we checked in, Linda gave us some recommendations and helped us book dinner (we loved it so much we returned the following night with help from the front desk staff again, I forgot to ask her name, but she was friendly and helpful too). The breakfast staff were inviting and cheery in the morning and the food was tasty and filling. The room was very comfortable. We had drinks in the lounge one night it was fantastic.
