Absolutely EVERYTHING went SUPER WELL. Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.

It was verrrryyy spacious! It was extremely clean!!! Everything looked amazing! The air conditioner was left on for our arrival. We received a complementary basket with water, mints, etc. The bathroom had shampoo and everything. All of us had towels. It is right on Jaffa Street in the heart of Jerusalem. We absolutely recommend this place.
