He also took care of reservations for us and when we had questions he always answerded wthin minutes - even we fortgot our key and didn´t realise until late in the evening after coming back from dinner, he called us back within 5 minutes and made sure we had access to our room in the shortest time. The room itself was very beutifully furnished and clean, the ocean-view was just the cherry on the top. Overall we can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone to book a stay with fabio! :)

Bathroom was great with large Italian shower and lots of free gels, creams, etc. Teressa, was great and could not do enough for us. Spent time telling us tips and places on the island to visit. Breakfast was great and had a water dispenser we could fill bottles up for free. Close to two great restaurants, one on the sea literally (Bagni Tiberio) and the other world renowned (Da Paolino). Quite expensive, like everything on Capri, but great food and experience

The staff was super welcoming, our room was tidy and the breakfast buffet was large and delicious. The hotel was at a very convenient location since it was only a 10 minute walk to the Capri centre. The free pick-up and delivery service to the port was a huge bonus which helped when travelling with large luggage. The pool area was a lovely place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and beautiful views. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will absolutely visit again. Grazie mille!

All elegant rooms include satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The hotel has an amazing location where you are close to everything but still in a quiet area. The pool area is beautiful. The views are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious comfortable beautifully decorated. We got an upgrade to huge suite with a big terrace and a Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. Definitely going back and recommending to everybody.
