The property features mountain and lake views, and is 21 km from Villa Melzi Gardens. The bed and breakfast has parking on-site, a solarium and luggage storage space. Although the road up the mountain is winding, the view from the top is totally worth it, just like from the room. Even though the bathroom was not in the room but in the hallway, it was not inconvenient and was entirely private and tidy. The breakfast was average but good. The host was extremely kind and helpful. I can only recommend the place its perfect value for money.

Charming Bellagio Boutique Hotel is a 12-minute walk from the centre of Bellagio and the ferry terminal with links across Lake Como. The staff were exceptional and so accommodating to us (we were traveling with our 18 month old son). The owners were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very generous. They offered a wide variety of quality food and it was one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip (best omelette we have ever had). The hotel itself was beautifully presented and cared for. The pool and gardens were a highlight. Overall, this was one of our favorite hotels from this Europe trip. It’s peaceful and beautiful and we would book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the wonderful owners and staff for such a memorable stay. You are doing an amazing job and have created a beautiful hotel.

The units provide WiFi access and a flat-screen TV, some also offer lake views. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was also nice, with a short distance to a grocery store, bus stop and ferry port. The host was very helpful, and there was good communication throughout. I can definitely staying here again if I go back to Lake Como.
