Amazing property by the lake with very attentive service. The views of the lake are beautiful and the room spacious and comfortable. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Italy. The restaurant is also great.

A 2-minute walk from Lake Como shores, Balbianino is located in Lenno’s historic centre, 500 metres from the ferry terminal. Fantastic location, fantastic apartment, and a fantastic host. Would definitely return!

Everything. Alfina’s apartment was a very special place and a peaceful haven just minutes walk from the main busy area of Varenna. It was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious with everything needed to make our stay extra special. Alfina provided so many lovely extras eg loads of delicious foods, snacks, fruit, sweets and wine. She went out of her way to assist us in every way eg helping planning our days and offering to drive us to the train station with our luggage. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
