Even on the day we declined housekeeping because my wife was feeling unwell, they checked on us to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. Their concern and genuine care made our stay even more comforting, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality they showed throughout our visit. Overall, the hospitality and service we received were exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Great job to the entire team!

It is located close to the train station, (easy to airport) but is in a nice quiet neighbourhood walkable to the heart of the sites or metro if needed. Huge room, massage chair, balcony, coffee/tea/cookies and a room service breakfast. A great restaurant close by (La Famiglia) that you can enjoy daily after a long day walking. Friendly and very well organized. Delia made us feel at home, but was happy to provide us with our privacy. A+++++

Across the road from Campo de' Fiori, Navona Queen Rooftop is in a 19th century building and offers a panoramic terrace with a hot tub overlooking Rome, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Gianicolo hill. The staff was incredible. The room was amazing. And the rooftop is unbeatable. Nothing negative to say.
