A very convenient location close to the airport with a lovely wine bar nearby, staff ordered us a taxi which arrived promptly. Very simple check in and check out and staff were very responsive to messages. Also a cool herd of deer are living nearby!!

Hotel is just in front of the boat station. Very close to the train station too. It is an old hotel but with charming beauty. I love the vintage feels. Breakfast is complete and delicious. Our room is very nice with an upgrade to a double with balcony. Stunning views!! Accommodating and friendly staff. We couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely come back. Love love Hotel Olivedo 🙏

The colourful rooms at Mamma Ciccia are decorated with simple, light furniture. Offering cable TV and air conditioning, they have private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Mamma Ciccia's is a little gem. It is really beautiful and has all the charm of an authentic Italian property, like the cobbled courtyard and stone staircase. Its location is idyllic in this little town on Lake Como that is well served by train and water ferry (between Bellagio and Lecco). But why leave Mandello del Lario? It has exceeded my expectations. I only hope to be back!
