The rooms are super clean, very comfortable beds, fresh linen and towels. Cool small balcony included. Very tasty breakfast, great coffee. Nice pool and free public parking places. Highly recommend that place! Oh and all the stuff - very kind people :)

We loved the old style of the property, the dining room to chill out in, the evening dinner (under the stars) was fantastic, followed by outdoor cinema. Just a wonderful experience! & of course the staff were very friendly.

Short drive to the best beaches I’ve been in Europe… staff give you tips about everything! Definitely a place to come again! Bathroom was also a plus!

I was not prepared for the opulence of what lay behind the red doors. The courtyard was gorgeous, especially in the evening when the lights came on. On arrival Serena walked us to our suite. Absolutely gorgeous! The bedsheets were linen. She also took the time to hand write a list of everything we should do in lecce. Restaurant recommendations too. Free parking on the street. 5 min walk to the old city gate. Leece is a gorgeous Italian town. .

Large, pleasant, designed with panache and attention to detail. Photos of it look great, but it looks even better in reality. The entire property is beautiful. High arched ceilings, huge windows, doors. Complete hedonism. Very comfortable. Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets every 3 days. Roof terrace with sun beds. Breakfast on the roof terrace. I couldn't resist the impression that all this was created according to the "go big or go home" rule. In addition, the location is in the marvellous old town. Scott is competent, very involved and helpful. So as is Francesco. Can't be better.
