Location is perfect: close to everything but still quiet. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was AMAZING! The owner was very responsive and welcoming!

Great host who showed us how everything worked. Also had a cold water station to fill your bottles; both still and sparkling water. The room was very spacious and so clean. Great place to stop for a night or two in Cagliari. Great central location to the old town.

The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was coffee and small snacks. There was milk in the fridge and water! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Gianluca is an amazing host with plenty of recommendations- even when we were traveling outside Cagliari. We arrived very late and he had provided access codes for ease of entry. We had a terrace that we didn’t use - a bit warm and AC units are enclosed in wood in one side. Nice bathroom and breakfast provided at a nearby cafe.
