Elizabete was a very friendly and nice host. The room is as shown in the pictures. Very nice property with back garden. In 5 min walking you cross one of the doors to the historical centre and also the walls, so location is excellent. Also, private parking was extremelly convenient. Breakfast was excellent with fruits, fresh bread and croissant, juice, charcuterie, cheeses, egg. Very complete breakfast. Everyone there is very nice! And if I go back to Lucca I will stay there again.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a few minutes away from all the main attractions, yet the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the city center. Fabio, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. When my mom’s backpack, which had the apartment keys inside, was stolen, Fabio provided clear instructions to access the apartment and even left new keys waiting for us at the door. His kindness and efficiency made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making our stay very comfortable. This was my first time in Florence, but it definitely won’t be my last! I will absolutely return and stay at “Residenza Marchesi Pontenani” again. Highly recommend!

Everything matches the description and photos. Everything was wonderful. The very center of Florence, close to shops and restaurants. We turned on the batteries for several hours a day, and some of us were sometimes cool. Very warm blanket and comfortable beds. Nice shower and plumbing in the bathroom. Breakfast can be ordered in the kitchen, it is brought to your room, it is quite satisfying- you can order an omelet or scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, toast, coffee, fruit, yoghurts- you will not stay hungry.

My stay at La Farina Apartments in Florence was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, and modern, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing great recommendations and making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. While the location is a pleasant walk from the city center, the apartment's bonus is also the free and secure parking. This was a huge convenience and gave us peace of mind.

Just 40 metres from Siena’s Piazza del Campo, B&B Il Corso is located on the first floor of a 16th-century building. It offers free Wi-Fi and elegant rooms. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the historic centre, just steps from Piazza del Campo. The B&B is beautifully maintained with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless and comfortable with beautiful wooden beams. Pietro, the host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for exploring the city and nearby restaurants. His hospitality truly elevated our stay. B&B Il Corso is a real gem – stylish, welcoming and perfectly located for exploring Siena. We would absolutely stay again!
