Hotel staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful from the get go. Room 8 was spacious and super clean, as were all the hotel facilities (cafeteria, swimming pool, lobbies and hallways). Breakfast is very filling,with many options that will cater to all types of appetite. The manager Ramón made sure to have a private chat with us to detail how they'd accommodated our requirements related to food allergies. Super warm treatment from everyone, free fresh water supply, coffee, nice bathroom. I have only good things to say, would 100% book again and recommend it to anyone visiting Santo Domingo.

Located in St. Lawrence Gap district, guests will have many choices to dine and seek for entertainment in its nightclubs. We had the perfect stay at South Gap hotel. I was slightly nervous of the noise levels looking at previous reviews, but with an ocean view room this wasn’t a problem for us at all. The rooms were made up everyday, the bed was huge and comfy and we loved our sundowners on the balcony! The food and drinks were also great. Really can’t fault our stay.
