Standing beside the Taki River, it features outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional in-room meals and is a 5-minute walk from Arima Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms have traditional futon bedding and a minibar. Our room was very beautiful and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were served inside the guest room. The staff serving us was very friendly, and the food was top the notch. We tried both private onsen and public onsen. for us, the public onsen was better; it was outdoor with a nice view, and more spacious.

Guests at Onishiya Suisyouen Ryokan can experience a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and tatami (woven-straw) flooring, or enjoy a Western-style room. Japanese-style rooms include a tea maker, private bathroom and a satellite TV. All rooms have air conditioning. Second time in Kinosaki Onsen and we picked Onishiya again! Really loved this place. Its staff is very nice, good English and big smiles. They are always dressed perfect & they were always there to help with everything. You get a yukata and everything you need for the public onsen. The private one is quite big (outside and inside), I recommend to go everyday to get the most of it. The location is a lil bit away from the main street, but you have a van that can take you to onsen and if you need to walk, it's not that far. You get a nice view of the countryside. We had only Japanese breakfast (without dinner) & it was a full course meal (fish, miso, rice, pickled things, tea, something sweet). Onishiya remains our favorite place & we shall return every chance we get. Thank you!

The room was clean and nice, the staffs very helpful, the location right next to Kobe China town and within walking distance to many other tourist attractions as well as station.
