Offering public indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths, Yufuin Onsen Hinoharu Ryokan features Japanese-style accommodations with a flat-screen satellite TV and Yukata robes. Dinner was absolutely amazing - wonderful cuisine and great selection and menu. Onsens were lovely and not busy.

Open from February 2015, Hakata Green Hotel No.1 offers clean and comfortable accommodation just a 2-minute walk from JR Hakata Station. Fukuoka Airport is only a 5-minute subway ride away. Location was everything and all the staffs were helpful!

Opened in September 2014, Hotel Forza Nagasaki is non-smoking hotel located in the centre of Nagasaki, a 3-minute stroll from Shianbashi area and China Town. The hotel offers free WiFi access. I have rarely seen better value for money. Right in the middle of everything with a stop for tram line 1 to the train station and Atomic Bomb museum right at your doorstep. The was impeccably clean and for Japanese standards also very spacious. I loved it!

Is quite centric area, right in front of the bus stops, and near to JR station. The staff are very kind and helpful, rooms are quite spacious and clean. Near to the mall and convenience stores. And a 5min walk from Beppu tower.

Very good breakfast. wide spread. Good location, near everywhere. Connected to subway. Convenient for those taking subway train to the airport.

Dormy Inn Kagoshima offers modern accommodations with free wired internet access. Awesome onsen on the top of the building. Also had free ice cream outside the facilities.

Opened in 2012, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Kagoshima is just a 2-minute walk from JR Kagoshima-Chuo Train Station and features a French restaurant and massage services. The hotel is located near the bus hub for/from the airport and at the very centre of the city. Nearby are shops and restaurants. Rooms with a view on volcano are particularly cosy and quiet. I suggest choosing them when reserving.
