Everything exceptional, with big care for every single guest. One of my top rated places, where i stayed.

Amazing hotel in the hearth of Nara. Great rooms with amazing amenities and great rooftop terrace. The rooms were excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Calm and tranquil space. Best bathroom and shower we have had in Japan, large wet room style and very well designed. Very comfortable and clean. Cafe bar was lovely with a great view of deer on the hill in the evening.

Great design of the rooms and hotel; good Japanese breakfast and nice atmosphere in the coffee/breakfast area. Spacious rooms, bigger than average hotel rooms in Japan. Definitely recommended. Also, great location, close to Nara attractions.

Beautifully designed hotel with tasteful accent of Japanese wood. Lovely facilities with spacious rooms and a lovely restaurant that serves breakfast, dinner and has also a small self serving bar for an aperitif. However the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Absolutely lovely, helpful and professional. We had the pleasure to be checked-in by Rie and she was absolutely brilliant. So lovely and helped us settle rapidely so we could be ready for a wedding photoshoot we had on the day.

I was very very lucky to be able to book the last room available in early April 2023 - A junior family suite. This stylishly designed room with its amazing view of the hills, pond, sakura and deer was the highlight of our Japan trip. My parents loved it so much and kept raving about it. Staff were efficient and very courteous.
