Everything in the room was great, the view was beautiful and the vibe of the reception was exceptional. As for more of the room, the bathroom was great, the AC was super cold which is exactly what you need when visiting Osaka in September.

The air-conditioned rooms have tatami flooring and Japanese-style futon beds. Beautiful, quiet location. Half-board food service was exceptional and staff very accommodating about our requests. English speaking owner and staff provided info about local activities. Authentic experience and good value overall.

Universal City Station is a 12-minute ride from JR Osaka Station via train, and a 20-minute ride from JR Shin-Osaka Station, where bullet train access is provided. The limousine bus service from Osaka International Airport to the property takes 45-minutes. From Kansai International Airport, the limousine bus will take 70-minutes. By car, it is around a 20-minute drive from Osaka via the Hanshin Express Way. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and good quality. The location of the hotel was the best part.

JR Osaka Station and the lively Umeda area are within a 10-minute walk. Free Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms. We loved our stay, the room was very comfortable, with an incredible view from the 20th floor! The hotel was clean and silent, even though it has a party floor, we did not notice any additional noise or confusion. It is well served of public transportation and with several convenience stores very close, as well as restaurants. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Osaka.
