I loved the convenient location to and from Itami airport and option to use the airport bus from a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. I loved that the hotel was right at the Tennoji train station, and we were able to catch our train to and from locations in Wakayama prefecture very easily and then just walk to / from the hotel. The view from the room was a spectacular city view and our room was very comfortable - including the bed, bedding, pillows, shower, and amenities. I wanted to leave an item of value at the hotel before going on a multi-day hiking trek (Kumano Kodo) and the manager had given permission to leave it in a safe box for me. I didn't end up leaving it but it was excellent that I had the option and that the staff was so accommodating. We loved the tremendous and delicious breakfast buffet and views from the restaurant and the discount voucher for guests at the hotel.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. Its situated in a quiet region, really close to the train station. Its a good option if you want to wind down a bit. The amenities, service and included meal were amazing. There are a few things to do in the surrounding area, but if you want a bit more, you can just take a train to Osaka (these come at an approx. 20 mins interval). I would definitely chose it again for the next trip.

The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.

I liked that it was close to the theme park. I loved all the details in the room like they gave us slippers to walk around in and sleeping attire. The staff were really nice and the hotel was very organised. I would of loved to have extended my stay.

Room is really great for 2 person. There is bath tub and there are bath powder service for free. Really love this! And there is a staff that can speak Thai 🫶🏻 also bread in morning is the best!! Crossant is no.1 but all 5 days we lived, we can catch only a crossant cuz its the best lol

The staff is always ready to help!! We don't speak English or Japanese, but the staff did their best to make us comfortable!! The breakfasts are wonderful! Someone writes that they have a bias towards Japanese cuisine and this is bad, but that's what we really liked!! Our acquaintance with this wonderful country and people began with breakfast at the hotel!! The Japanese are unrealistic hard workers and do their best for the comfort of both their citizens and tourists!! I fell in love with this country and people!! We received a lot of positive emotions and warm attitude from the Japanese towards us!!!

Three speedy elevators made going back and forth very convenient. Very friendly staff. Room had all the conveniences I needed. I had a nice view of the Osaka skyline.
