The hosts were very kind, welcoming and thoughtful. The location overlooking the sea is perfect for those looking for somewhere a bit remote and away from the city. Nicely designed private luxury cabins, which seem new and in good condition.
Not far from train and bus station. Rather clean. There's a small massage studio in the building managed by a lovely lady if you need a treatment.
Large 2 story townhouse. Large kitchen, comfortable beds, washing machine and drying facilities. Location short walk to castle town area, also close to bus station and supermarket. Value for money.
Beautiful atmosphere, design, all tastefully done. Great location. Good advise for visit and food.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I slept MUCH better here than hotels at the same price! Amazing selection of food and entertainment within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast served on site had a lovely variety buffet to choose from. There are extra robes, pajamas and pillows to bring to your room on the first floor, as well as an onsen. The coin laundry worked great, and it's right next to vending machines.
New building. Beautiful building design and room. Onsen was very clean and spacious. Easy access to public transportation. Touchless elevator access.
Interesting boutique charm, creative wood interior design , welcoming bar, helpful informative staff, great kitchen and brilliant supermarket 50 metres away.
Designed so carefully with beautiful touches and still and Japanese feel. Location half way between Higashi Hagi train station and the old castle town. Kitchen had many seasonings, two common rooms, helpful owner with personal recommendations for food and clean bathrooms and dorm.
The interior design of this renovated fish warehouse is wonderful. The Hagi pottery and glassware for you to use is beautiful. The shower has a powerful shower head and the endless hot water allows for hot water massage therapy after a long day walking and trying to get warmed up before bed. We appreciated the grey knit tabi socks to wear to bed. The lighting spotlighted the ceiling rafters and other interior features. You could hear the rain on the roof and the falcons keening to each other in the early morning.
