We are about 10mins walk to City Center, Pub Street, Night market and Old market. And around 7km from Angkor Wat temple and 50 km from Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport. The hotel is compact and moving from the entrance to the room, breakfast, and bar is smooth and comfortable. The adjacent massage service is also very convenient,This hotel is more suitable for special occasions or staying with a partner rather than for families.

Loved the tasty à la carte breakfast and the great location. Free bicycle rental was a nice bonus, along with a lovely swimming pool and strong Wi-Fi. The happy hour from 5–7 pm for cocktails was perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

We arrived at Siem Reap AirPort later than expected due to flight delays, which the hotel followed up on and the hotel pick up service was ready on arrival to take us to the hotel. They assisted with day trips we took to see the tempels. We had the best stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!!

Nice swimming pool. The best staff ever! They booked tours and tickets for me, were very friendly and helpful. It’s not located in the city center- I consider it as an important advantage! It’s close but the place is quiet.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. Decorated in a traditional Khmer style, the air-conditioned rooms come with a work desk. Each room has a private bathroom with a hot shower. We really liked the Urban, the lobby was a great place to come to our senses after a good nights sleep. The workspace area was a great addition, we are travelling and working so having a space like that means a lot. Love,love,love the pool area,such a relaxing place and a life-savior after visting Angkor Wat. Last, but sure not least-the staff, they were really nice, always here to help and really fast at it. We came for 3 nights, but stayed 6, I guess that means something. :)
