We are about 10mins walk to City Center, Pub Street, Night market and Old market. And around 7km from Angkor Wat temple and 50 km from Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport. We had a such warm welcome from the Front Desk. The service is excellent, great food, friendly staff and comfortable bed.

They would do anything to please you. Very clean room with evething we needed. We booked the small tour (22$) and the big tour + Bantey Srei (32$) and bought our tickets to Don Det (80$). Everything was ok and tuktuk driver was very good. We would recommend for 200% and would stay again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, The room was clean, comfortable and spacious - It is a very well presented hotel, clean and everything functioned as expected, The service provided by the team within the property was great, they were all very polite and always available to help you out with your request or things - they were also very informative and helped us get tickets, make reservation..etc. The pool is clean and beautifully warm and a hit with my children after some hot temple tours. A very relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel is clean large and staff attentive. We got a free pick up from the Bus Station in City. Breakfast was really good too. The Location was a little bit far to city. It takes 9 minutes by walk. But if you preferred the taxis, It would not too expensive. We extended one night more and visited Kulen Mountain. The waterfall was amazing!.

Went spent a fantastic week here. All the staff were amazing, constantly. They were helpful, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. We give this place the highest recommendation.  Breakfast was great. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was massive. Location was close to everything, walking or tuk tuk waiting out the front. It was an apartment with 5 star hotel service.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. Decorated in a traditional Khmer style, the air-conditioned rooms come with a work desk. Each room has a private bathroom with a hot shower. Excellent hotel superb friendly and helpful staff. From the moment you arrive, they are so accommodating and welcoming. Brought a welcome drink on arrival and some fruit and a mango juice on check out. They helped sort me a tuk tuk to my airport transfer for free. They always said hello as you passed by and were just wonderful. The location is great for evening activities like the circus, pub street and night markets - all walkable or very short tuk tuk ride. It's also very central for day trips and tours pick ups. It's on a lovely street with fairy lights and lots of food places, bars or markers around. Very safe area. Easy distance to Angkor Wat. 5 min walk to pub street. Small pool area, very chill and lots of shade. Quiet, private rooms. A lovely, lovely stay. The staff make this hotel so great!
