We love that it's very clean and very big. The staff was very welcoming, kind and made our stay very special as we were there to celebrate my mom's birthday. I thank all staff for their well wishes and for making this stay very memorable.

The rooms themselves were spacious, clean and comfy. Comfy beds with mosquito nets. The decoration is very tasteful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel management are also thoughtful and detail oriented. And the complimentary sunset cruise was a very nice touch! Overall, a perfect hotel to explore Luang Prabang!!

The well-appointed rooms include air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower facilities. Beautiful setting overlooking the river and beautifully decorated. Staff were excellent. Free shuttle and cycling into town. Stunningly peaceful. Restaurant is superb. Sheets were super soft and just the comfiest bed ever.
