• Bethel Rest is located in a tropical, green and calm area of Hanthana Kandy. Free WiFi access is available in the entire property. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. They arranged things to see (e.g., Temple of the Tooth and a dance show) and fantastic Ayurvedic massages. They also arranged drivers. The lodging was clean, roomy, and had a great view. Oh, and great food for breakfast and dinner!

The property is beautiful and well maintained surrounded by amazing wildlife with some of the best views in Kandy. The place is also a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Kandy town but not too far away from anything. The staff are all amazing and went out of their way to help us which made us feel like staying with family ….we can’t wait to return again and stay at this magical place. Thanks to Joel and his team we miss you already!

Located in the heart of Kandy City, Villa 49 is 1 km from the famous Temple of Tooth. Its restaurant serves local and Western dishes. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided. Excellent place and service end view. Shanani is just great Highly recommended

Located amidst rolling green hills and the Madulkelle Tea Estate, this property offers tents with a terrace, a seating area, and en suite bathroom with hot/cold water. The location. The music the atmosphere, for those who want relax , the stuff are very nice and generous. There is wonderful garden and nice swimming pool. The area around nice for traveling and exploring.

Everything! 😍 It was a nice surprise The hotel is in the high part of Kandy ( facing knuckles mountain and a golden Buddha), the view is spectacular. The Sky Pavilion is a jewel, decorated with taste, it’s quiet , clean and rooms are beautiful all with the stunning view on the mountains and you can also relax by the pool The manager takes a good care of his guests and the staff is really helpful and nice . They will help you with everything, visits, food and drinks , transportation , money change etc… In addition, the cooking is really good , the breakfast is top ! And finally , their Tuk Tuk driver is a gem, he will take you to the best places in the city . I will come back there .

This hotel has such a big heart. I want to give a shoutout to those that make it so welcoming (I am sure there are more) Palitha from the bar, also, Hamesha, Chamitha & Kavisha. All led by Mr. Hemananda. The location is central enough to get to places, there are 2 great restaurants close by that we visited - No Name and the pizza joint. But the food in the restaurant is more than satisfying and the team are happy to help. I would definitely return here in the future.

We had two rooms. In one room, we had a 4 year old. There was no charge for him, but an extra bed was provided. Rooms were super clean. Very nice upgraded bathrooms. The host was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good...standard fare with a nice fruit plate. The location was great. We walked to town along the lake. For families, there is a big playground right at the bottom of the hill, on the way to the lake and town.
