I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Sigiriya. The view from the property is stunning—especially the pool view with the Sigiriya Rock in the backdrop! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. What makes this place magical is its jungle setting—you can hear the sounds of nature all around, making it incredibly peaceful and calming. It was my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The staff were so warm and accommodating throughout our stay. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both meals were absolutely gorgeous. I’d definitely stay here again.

For kids from Europe, eating only pizza/pasta is very good. Swimming pool is good

This 1930s bungalow is sprawled across 98 acres of a tea plantation, at the foot of the Knuckles Mountain Range. We booked the accommodation at the last minute. It's a lovely place with a beautiful view nestled between the tea fields. The old house is tastefully furnished, with very friendly staff and an excellent kitchen. There is a private waterfall on the estate that is truly worth visiting. We were very satisfied and would return anytime.
