The room was very clean and it looked like in the pictures. The room had amazing views. The rooftop has 360 degree view of the mountains. The food at their restaurant is really good. We had breakfast included and the food was very good, I recommend their breakfast. The hotel offers pickup from the railway station and drop off to the main street. The staff was very helpful and they found a tuk tuk driver for us. The location is very good. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and I would book it again.

We had a great time staying at the Pinnacle Ella it was so close to the main strip in Ella and site seeing areas like nine arche bridge, little Adams peak and flying ravana. They provided great hospitality and the staff were so kind . The hotel also has an amazing poolside view.
