Great location. Friendly staff. Someone is there 24/7. Clean. Air conditioning! Breakfast was good. They let us leave our luggage there while we walked around and before we had to catch a train.

Dar Yanis is just a 5-minute walk from Rabat’s medina and the beach. It offers a shared lounge with a flat-screen TV and a library, as well as free mint tea and Moroccan pastries upon arrival. I don't know where to start because everything was excellent. I'd have to say that if you are looking for an authentic, welcoming place to stay that feels like you really are somewhere special, this is the place! I will start with a lovely breakfast with fresh ingredients. The room was cozy and the furnishings were rustic and authentic. It has a charm that you will not find anywhere else. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice. The neighborhood was convenient. Just off one of the main roads, so it was quiet. But it was close to the main shopping areas; the central market was only a 5 minute walk. The kasbah was a 15 minute walk. Plenty of shops and nice restaurants around. But what takes the cake is the service, the people. The people who greeted us and made us feel welcome made us feel like we were part of a family. I do not say this about many places I visit. People around the world have been nice, but the family who run Dar Yanis, and the people of Morocco in general, are some of the loveliest people we have ever met. Thank you to the staff who made our first time on the continent of Africa an unforgettable experience. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This Riad is in the perfect location—peaceful yet right in the heart of everything. We only had the chance to enjoy breakfast one morning, but it was delicious: fresh baked goods, lemon juice, and rich coffee. The Riad itself is a visual delight, with stunning architecture complemented by a thoughtfully curated collection of art spread throughout, adding richness to the space. There’s also a beautiful rooftop, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. What truly made the stay special was Mahdi’s warm and generous hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

Offering an outdoor pool, Riad Kalaa 2 is located in Rabat. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with air conditioning and a minibar. Very well located right in the centre of the Medina, the staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast is excellent! And if the weather gets hot, you can have a dip in the pool on the terrace. Highly recommended.

It was so well located in the Medina but a tranquil place with a beautiful roof terrace and places to sit outside our room. Lovely room really nicely designed, clean and good linen and sheets. Clean lovely breakfast and welcoming staff kind and friendly.
