For example, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff took of our packages, after that they showed us the full hotel, that includes our room, the swimmingpool area, etc. The second point is the panorama view, what can we saw from our room. The people are very helpful and pleasant. Rafailovici itself isn't very big, so you can walk everywhere. Everything is close by, including shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good for me. I tried various restaurants along the waterfront. The food is delicious! Meat dishes, seafood, everything is delicious. By the way, I didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel. I always do that :)
