The pickup from the airport, the boat transfer, the check in at 11:30pm at night all was great. The Ocean front villa was beautiful, well kept. The snorkelling just off the back door with alot of fish around and the water so clear and pristine. The brekky buffet spread was huge and everything was great quality. The Cafe and restaurants were great. The staff are so welcoming friendly and warm and well trained. Make you feel tended to. The Dolphin tour was well organised and the boys on the boat were so helpful and accommodating and we were able to see Dolphins. The Shark/Sandbar/Reef tour was amazing too, with the Watersports boys friendly, helpful and ever so accommodating. The small things such as scented towels, the custom flip flops and a letter/reminder the night before check out to fill in the online departure form, allowing a free boat ride to the airport again the next day to pickup family. Overall a blissful 5 Star vacation !!! We didn't feel like leaving !!!

All expectations were exceeded - everything was clean, comfortable and the food was really good. Particular mention goes to the fabulous attention of Fahim, and also Sudar and Sumit. Congratulations to front office team, housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Special mention to the dinner we organised on the terrace, it was superb!

The redecorated old property which was a palace of sorts was decorated in the Thai style was very tastefully done

Free WiFi is available in the rooms. Our stay at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef was amazing! Our first time in The Maldives, we had started out the trip with a few days in Male. Sun Siyam had offered free seaplane transfers for stays for 4 nights and more, and this was arranged from the hotel we were checking out from, to the airport, and to Sun Siyam. We were welcomed by our designated host for the stay – Sopa – who provided all information we needed, and kept in touch with us throughout the stay. We had booked a bed and breakfast option, and the in-villa dining was good for meals in the villa when we preferred to stay indoors. The buffet-style dining for dinner was great. The staff was very friendly, we had welcome drinks on arrival, and the villa was more than we could imagine. We had access to the beautiful ocean and went kayaking on one afternoon. We had a chance swim by with a baby shark and saw dolphins while watching the sunset. Our agent and housekeeper made the stay special.

The reefs were teeming with colorful marine life, from schools of tropical fish to graceful sea turtles and even the occasional stingray. It felt like swimming through a living aquarium! The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated. Falling asleep there and waking up to the sunrise over the sea was a magical experience. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurants served fresh, delicious meals with a variety of options to suit every palate. I particularly loved the seafood dishes, which were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. h78 is an award-winning hotel situated just a stone's throw away from the turquoise blue sea and white sandy beaches of Maldives. We have been recognized for our exceptional customer service for nearly a decade and are one of the oldest hotels in the greater Male' area, offering consistent care and service to our guests. We booked h78 for me to rest before we began a long night flight to Istanbul. We are an elderly couple and I am still using a walker after hip surgery. We only had a few hours at h78 but they were memorable! First, they picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel without charge. Then, we had not eaten since we began our trip from the Maldives, and our meal at The Catch Restaurant at the hotel was superb. My husband had the best fish and chips he'd ever eaten; a large piece of white fish (tuna was also available), perfectly breaded and fried to a golden hue. I had Tiger prawns, green beans, a salad. Then, because we could only stay for a few hours, they gave us free dessert: ice cream for my husband, and a banana split for me! Our room was small, but efficient. A comfortable bed (which was my priority), a well-equipped bathroom. But let me save the best for last: every member of the staff, those who met us at the airport, in the restaurant and hotel, was extremely kind and helpful. This aspect of travel for us (in our 80s) is really a make-or-break part of the experience. To find people who care for our well-being is essential and they were all there at h78. Also, as we drove through the town, it looked as if it was a lively place, with many restaurants and access to the beach. We do recommend it.

First of all from the time i stepped into the building until the time i stepped onto the speedboat to leave i felt like royalty. This company is incredible really. My girlfriend started crying when we departed because she says she has never had a hotel make her feel so special like Arena has. Ajay from house keeping took care of my luggage and even brought a basket of fresh fruit to the room in the afternoon. Ajay was very helpful to answer my questions and help anyway he could.

We stayed just one night, but if I returned, I would definitely book with them again. Our reservation included breakfast, and it had a big selection for you to choose. It was one of our my friends' birthday, and they even came out with celebratory pancakes!
