Customer service is amazing, at the front desk everybody have been polite and friendly. The hotel is clean, elegant, welcoming, its facilities like the gym , pool and terrace are awesome. The food at the restaurant is marvelous ! I tried the pastor octopus and what an amazing quality. Also, cocktails are fantastic.
Hilton Querétaro is for sure a hotel we always want to come back to when visiting Querétaro. Thanks for the great service and attention you have been giving to us.

Edith, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeously designed and decorated. Our room in the courtyard was clean, comfortable, quiet, and classy. Wonderful integration of old architecture and new updates and design. Location in the center of the historic district can't be beat!
