The whole place is beautiful and it is situated on the BEST beach of Holbox. Trust me, it is simply breathtaking and super clean. I saw the other hotels' beaches and they were not as well kept as this one. It's not the closest to the city center, but you are on holiday...so why hurry? You will go on a very enjoyable 15 mins walk to the city :) Staff is amazing and the whatsapp food service is really useful.

Everything :) the staff was super nice, especially Clara made us feel welcome immediately. It’s close the the most important things in the city in our opinion which is the beach and Quinta Avenida which is where a lot of shops and restaurants are located.

Staff, accommodations and all were fantastic. The dogs and cat on property where a calming delight along with a friendly atmosphere. Presidential suite had everything I could have asked for.

Nicely settled quiet place at a stone throw from the beach. Carefully decorated and well equipped room. Drinking water baloon, coffee and beach towels highly appreciated. Calm and quiet. Staff smiley and efficient, communication flawless. Good wifi reaching the beach area.

Casa Don Diego features air-conditioning and private bathrooms in every guest room. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace. The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.
