Breakfast should have been included in my room - that is what I selected - but when I arrived it was not. Also my room was almost twice the cost of my colleagues - that is not OK. We should have the same rate.

Location & Access: Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) is connected directly to KLIA via a sky bridge, it's just a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Guests also enjoy a complimentary 24-hour buggy service.... Loved that it was right by the airport, across the sky bridge so you don't need to go outside. Very easily signposted and has a buggy to take you from and to the hotel back to terminal 1.
