To begin with, I appreciate the buggy service. The hotel is not far from the airport - in fact, it is located within the airport territory - but a buggy is a great help to a tired traveler with bags... The room was spacious and well-lit with lighting options, the bathroom was very well equipped. The bed was exceptional - exactly what I needed to have a good rest after a long way, and even a longer way in front of me.

I had 24 hours in KL and the hotel is centrally located and 2 minutes from the train station with a direct line to the airport which is a 30 minute ride. My room was comfortable and tidy and staff friendly and helpful. I thought it was very good value for money.

Location is superb - very convenient for food and shopping and Grab to get around. Apartment was clean and well-maintained. There's a laundrette on the same floor as the rooftop swimming pool (uses coins). Check-in and housekeeping staff very efficient and respectful. It's a private and safe place for a nice, chill stay. She enjoyed it very much.
