Brita and Heinz are wonderful hosts that really enjoy welcoming you into their home. The breakfast served on the terrace was exceptional. Our room and balcony view overlooking the Bay of Islands(Paihia) harbour was spectacular!! If visiting the area again we would stay at Allegra House!!

The place was spacious, clean and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, AC worked good, especially during these hot summer days. Be mindful that it is an open shower. Prime location was the main reason we booked this place. City centre, cafes, restaurants, locals selling watermelons and berries, ice cream place and many more, just around the corner from the motel. Thanks again for the wonderful stay ☺️

Surrounded by lovely gardens and situated on the waterfront, Hananui Lodge and Apartments features accommodation with free WiFi, a private balcony or patio and an LCD TV. Amazing site. Very clean. Shopping over the street. Very friendly hosts.

The Ash Grove is located in the Bay of Islands, just a 3-minute drive from the Paihia Waitangi waterfront. It offers free Wi-Fi and a peaceful garden setting with a large swimming pool. This motel is a special find - huge rooms, so clean, well appointed and comfortable. It has a complete kitchen, wonderful shower and comfortable beds. The best part is stepping out from your door to your own patio and right to the pool. This pool is not in a parking lot or by a street but surrounded by a beautiful garden and lawn. We enjoyed morning coffee poolside as well as Happy Hour. All units open to the pool. The couple running the motel is delightful, extremely helpful in planning activities, learning about the gardens, and making our stay exceptional.

Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. 目的に即した設備内容で値段も許容範囲。新しく無いモーテルだとは思うが、改装や手入れがされているので問題無し。 この国ではまだ普及率の高くないエアコンが設置されているのは良かった。 街の中心から少しだけ外れているので車利用になると思うが、逆にハイシーズンなどはうるさくなくて良いかも。
